The Enabler (Level 5)

AI-capable. The organization doesn't just use AI, it thinks in systems, and growth becomes predictable, scalable, and human-centered.

The Enabler is the fifth and final level of the Five Levels of Growth Maturity. Growth is no longer dependent on heroics, activity, or even a single well-built system. The organization thinks in systems by default, and the people who reached this level are now enabling others to reach it too.

This is the practical endpoint of everything else in the glossary: no more Watermelon Reports, no more Drag Addiction, no more Guessing.
