The Analyzer (Level 3)

Aware but overwhelmed. Data is everywhere and insight is nowhere, so reports get longer while decisions get slower.

The Analyzer is the third of the Five Levels of Growth Maturity. The team has finally noticed something is wrong, and started collecting data to figure out what, but the volume of data outpaces the ability to make sense of it. Analysis paralysis sets in.

A tool like the FIRE Framework is built for exactly this stage: a way to separate the loud, frequent complaint from the quiet, high-risk one buried underneath it.
